WHILE listening to the angry exchanges between the Labour councillors and the socialists in the gallery at the Council meeting on February 18 I thought of the nursery story of The King Who Had No Clothes. If you remember all the bystanders were encouraged to cheer in admiration of the fine set of clothes the King was wearing.
